This presentation will offer science-based education for those who want to hear the medical facts regarding clinical cannabis and who may be considering cannabinoid therapeutics as an alternative to narcotics. Hear from licensed medical professional Dr. Elaine Burns, NMD who has 7+ years of clinical experience working within Arizona's Medical Marijuana program. This talk will focus on science over stigma, so no question is too big or too small. This is an opportunity to speak to a knowledgeable professional and make an educated decision about your health.

National Library Week

Celebrate National Library week, April 7-13 by stopping by the Scottsdale Public Library! We'd love to help you discover a new book, help you explore something new at one of our programs and help you with any questions you may have.

 


 

VOTE for the Railroad Park!

The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park punched their ticket to the National Championship in the #ELGLKnope Best Parks & Open Spaces competition. We need your help to cut down the nets, so show your Scottsdale pride and vote today. The competition will run through this coming Saturday, April 6. The park will receive double points for photos posted on Instagram using the #ELGLKnope hashtag and tagging @ELGL50.

As part of the competition, the Railroad Park is hosting an Instagram photo contest that is absolute March Madness. Post your favorite photos of the park on Instagram between Monday, April 1 and Saturday, April 6. Use the #ELGLKnope hashtag and tag @ELGL50 and @theRailroadPark. The winner will receive the ultimate Railroad Park package, which includes an annual family membership, one free birthday party or park reservation, four State Forty Eight Railroad Park t-shirts and four Holiday Lights VIP tickets.
