National Library Week is April 4-10 – Bookmark Contest

National Library Week is April 4-10 – Bookmark Contest

Using the theme "Welcome to Your Library!", we invite you to design your own bookmark.
A winning design from each age category (Kids ages 4-7, Tweens ages 8-11, Teens ages 12-17, and Adults ages 18 and up) will be printed as limited-edition bookmarks.

Print out a blank bookmark page or pick one up at any of the drive-thru windows, curbside, or inside Civic Center Library and Mustang Library during open hours and submit by April 10 to be considered.

Submissions can be dropped off at the windows, inside Civic Center Library and Mustang Library during open hours, or on social media using the hashtag #ScottsdaleLibraryWeek.


Books2Boogie is Back In-Person

Books2Boogie is Back In-Person

We are excited to announce the return of in-person storytimes! Play and learn together using books, songs, rhymes, and fingerplays to promote early learning. For dates, times, and locations, follow us on social media or check our online calendar. New dates will be announced weekly and some storytimes will require registration. All storytimes will be held outside with limited space, social distancing and masks are highly encouraged for participants ages 6 and up.

Crafty Storytime - Bees

Join us for a buzzzzzing good time as we read a story, sing a song and make book bees to celebrate spring. Craft kits can be picked up, while supplies last, starting Thursday, April 8 at any of the drive-thru windows, curbside, or inside Civic Center Library and Mustang Library during open hours. Tune in to the library's YouTube channel at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 15 for a story, rhymes, and instructions.

RefUSA by Data Axle has verified information on more than 16 million U.S. businesses and residential demographic profiles of neighborhoods, counties and states.
