Scottsdale community historian, Joan Fudala, will take us for a walk down a visual, virtual runway of Scottsdale fashions throughout our history. This photo-rich presentation shows how Scottsdale clothing and accessories have evolved from farm utilitarian to fabulous. The presentation begins at 5:30 p.m. but stop in few minutes early to enjoy light snacks and a cool beverage.

The Friends of the Scottsdale Public Library is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization whose members support Scottsdale's library system through public education, advocacy and fundraising. This year, the Friends supported the library by raising funds for the Civic Center Sky Room, which opened in May 2022 and has since had 80 programs with over 3,000 patrons in attendance. In addition to their support of the Sky Room, they also funded important initiatives such as the Girls in STEM programs, 2nd Grade Card Campaign and Library Cardholder Celebration Event.
