Coming soon for kids and teens - Comics Plus! Graphic novels, digital comics and manga from around the world are always available for streaming or downloading. There is no limit on checkouts so explore all your favorites and find new ones too! A great way to enjoy your Summer Reading goals and explore graphic fiction! Art Submissions for "All Together Now: Summer Art Exhibit 2023"

Calling all artists! The library is seeking original artwork for a juried multimedia exhibition to be held in the lobby of Civic Center Library in conjunction with the Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme is All Together Now, and artwork should reflect themes of kindness, unity and friendship. Deadline for submissions has been extended to Monday, May 15. Friends of Scottsdale Public Library is hosting a fundraiser at Someburros (7501 E Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.) from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., Thursday, May 18. Play Ball, Scottsdale!

The second annual Pac-12 Baseball Tournament returns to Scottsdale Stadium Tuesday, May 23 – Saturday, May 27. In a change from the 2022 tournament, the field expands from eight to nine teams and switches to pool play. All-tournament and single-day tickets are now on sale. Secure your spot to watch the top teams in the conference battle it out for the hardware!
